The Capitol Meridian Partners portfolio company said Wednesday Beggy will help drive its growth in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community markets. She will play a key role in securing major contracts and optimizing proposal operations for the company specializing in national security software, data and cyber engineering platforms.

Beggy brings more than 10 years of extensive experience in business development and proposal management to her new role.
She most recently served as a proposal development center lead at Accenture Federal Services. She joined Accenture as a senior manager for the national security portfolio after her previous company, Novetta, was acquired in 2022. Beggy was serving as Novetta’s director of proposals at the time of the acquisition.
The executive also worked at SAIC for over a year as a senior proposal manager. Before that, she held similar proposal management roles at Engility and Constellis. Beggy also served as a business development analyst and proposal coordinator at O’Gara Training and Services.
