Irvine, California-based semiconductor manufacturer Mobix Labs has agreed to acquire EMI Solutions, a supplier of electromagnetic interference filtering products for defense and aerospace applications.
EMI Solutions manufactures inserts, connectors and modules that are compliant with manufacturing and testing standards for military equipment, Mobix Labs said Tuesday.
Fabian Battaglia, CEO of Mobix Labs, said the company aims to advance the development of products designed for high-technology space and military-grade applications.
“EMI Solutions brings yet another level of product excellence to Mobix Labs’ growing portfolio of wireless offerings currently sampling and under development,” Battaglia said.
Established in 2020, Mobix Labs offers connectivity platforms for wireless mmWave 5G and high bandwidth cable networks.
