Ardent, an Amazon Web Services consulting partner, specializes in data analytics and location intelligence support to public sector clients, Mission1st said Tuesday.
“We plan to introduce our front-line reach to a whole new host of customers which have a similar mission-critical focus. Furthermore, introducing Ardent’s analytical abilities to our DoD base will have immediate tactical and strategic benefits to our troops on the ground,” said Mission1st CEO Richard Zareck.
Mission1st is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business with over two decades of experience delivering information technology support services to DOD and other federal agencies.
The company’s areas of expertise encompass engineering and installation, risk management framework development, defensive cyber operations, networking, monitoring, program management, disaster recovery, web development, cloud computing, IT base infrastructure, automation, cybersecurity and C4IT.
Ascend Capital Group acted as Mission1st’s exclusive buy-side adviser in the transaction.
