Mission Ready Services PTF Manufacturing division has purchased ForceOnes armor business manufacturing assets for an undisclosed sum.
The deal also includes ForceOnes 23 certifications for products that comply with the National Institute of Justices ballistic resistance standard for body armor, list of customers and trademark, Mission Ready said Thursday.
Rod Reum, president and CEO of Mission Ready, said the acquisition of ForceOne’s assets and NIJ certifications seeks to complement PTFMs tactical equipment portfolio and validate the division’s standards in personal protective equipment.
PTFM will now produce and offer ForceOnes armor accessories and tactical equipment products such as modular tactical vests, carrier vests designed for emergency medical services, rapid entry vests and tactical outer shell vests through the former companys manufacturing facility in Jacksboro, Tennessee.
