Rod Reum: Mission Ready Seeks Tactical Portfolio Growth in Buy of ForceOne Armor Business Assets

Mission Ready Services™ PTF Manufacturing division has purchased ForceOne™s armor business manufacturing assets for an undisclosed sum.

The deal also includes ForceOne™s 23 certifications for products that comply with the National Institute of Justice™s ballistic resistance standard for body armor, list of customers and trademark, Mission Ready said Thursday.

Rod Reum, president and CEO of Mission Ready, said the acquisition of ForceOne’s assets and NIJ certifications seeks to complement PTFM™s tactical equipment portfolio and validate the division’s standards in personal protective equipment.

PTFM will now produce and offer ForceOne™s armor accessories and tactical equipment products such as modular tactical vests, carrier vests designed for emergency medical services, rapid entry vests and tactical outer shell vests through the former company™s manufacturing facility in Jacksboro, Tennessee.
