Brown brings nearly three decades of legal and compliance leadership experience to her new role. She has served at Leidos for over 12 years, most recently as SVP and general counsel for the company’s health and civil sector. Before that, she was SVP and general counsel for the health group, and corporate ethics and compliance counsel. Mintz Brown also served as chief ethics and compliance officer and deputy general counsel. She joined Leidos in 2013 as VP and assistant general counsel.
Prior to joining Leidos, Mintz Brown held multiple legal leadership positions at SAIC, including VP for legal and assistant general counsel. She spent eight years as senior counsel at Holland & Knight and started her legal career as an associate at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald.
