Millennium has acquired a division of Maxisiq that offers cybersecurity support services to the federal government, for an undisclosed sum.
Maxisiq said Monday its Ingressive business works with customers to help them assess security vulnerabilities, run penetration tests and conduct red teaming exercises.
Ryan Hill, chief financial officer of Millennium, said the acquisition would extend the company’s cyber support to Department of Homeland Security clients.
The deal comes less than two months after Texas-based Maxisiq changed its former name Iomaxis to align the technology and engineering company’s brand with its core portfolio of communications and network offerings.
