TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 23, 2017 Mike Twyman, president of Cubic‘s (NYSE: CUB) mission solutions business, has said the company will provide integrated technologies to the U.S. Navy to fulfill a $20 million contract for People-portable Common Data Link systems, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.
The company said Wednesday it will develop, test and deliver PCDL systems to facilitate expeditionary ground support for maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft under the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s Tactical Mobile program.
Twyman noted Cubic will support SPAWAR by “leveraging our Mantis family of combat-proven, wideband CDL ground terminals and integrating our Unified Video FMV software from our TeraLogics subsidiary, hosted on Cubics DTECH LabsMobile Modular Micro-Secure Enclave networking hardware.”
