Orion International, a military talent acquisition services provider to corporate clients, has purchased recruitment company Novotus for an undisclosed amount.
Orion CEO Mike Starich said in a statement released Tuesday he believes the transaction works to combine the companies’ capabilities.
Cory Kruse will continue to lead Novotus as president and aims for the business to use Orion’s sales strategy to drive growth opportunities.
