Mike Cosgrave Joins EXPANSIA as Chief Operating Officer

Mike Cosgrave, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the government contracting and technology sectors, has been named chief operating officer at EXPANSIA.

As COO, Cosgrave will lead operations and strategic execution supporting the company’s expansion efforts in digital modernization for national defense and civil space. He brings a strong record of operational excellence and delivering mission-focused services across cyber, digital and national security sectors.

Mike Cosgrave’s Career Highlights

Cosgrave was most recently COO at Tria Federal, leading a $400 million organization through significant transformation. He previously served as COO of The Swift Group, overseeing operations, growth strategy and research and development initiatives.

He served as a partner at Guidehouse, president and COO of AceInfo Solutions, senior vice president of cyber development at CACI International and director at Six3 Systems. Cosgrave spent nearly a decade at ManTech, holding various VP positions.

His career began in software development and consulting roles at Loki Technologies, Birch & Davis and Tactical Energy Research Services. Cosgrave also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
