Mike Bowser Promoted to By Light COO, Mike Hatcher to Serve as Chief Revenue Officer

Mike Bowser, Chief Operating Officer at By Light Professional IT Services

Mike Bowser, senior vice president for Department of Defense and federal civilian programs at By Light Professional IT Services, has been promoted to chief operating officer.

He will oversee By Light’s day-to-day operations and support program execution and customer and employee satisfaction initiatives, the company said Thursday.

In his more recent role, Bowser led group operations and business development functions along with quality management system, satellite communications and integration lines of business.

Mike Hatcher, a three-decade veteran in the defense, security and intelligence markets, joined By Light as chief revenue officer. He will be responsible for strategy, BD and corporate growth efforts across the company.

His industry career has included leadership positions at Unisys (NYSE: UIS), General Dynamics Information Technology (NYSE: GD) and Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
