TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 13, 2018 Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) has hired IBM‘s (NYSE: IBM) former vice president for human resources as chief diversity officer who will lead cross-company workforce diversity efforts, GovCon Executive reported Monday.
Lindsay-Rae McIntyre brings approximately 20 years of experience from her previous work, where she oversaw a global diversity agenda and executive talent acquisition process, and will now report directly to Microsoft Chief People Officer Kathleen Hogan, the company said Sunday.
