TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 16, 2016 Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) is set to offer Microsoft Software & Systems Academy courses at five U.S. Army bases to help active-duty and former soldiers transition to civilian careers in IT, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Chris Cortez, vice president of military affairs at Microsoft, wrote in an article published Thursday that the company will work with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to train MSSA students in cloud IT development and administration, database management and business intelligence.
