TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 13, 2017 Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) has expanded the availability of its Azure Government cloud platform to two additional data center regions in Arizona and Texas in efforts to support government customer workloads and data, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
Tom Keane, general manager of engineering for Microsoft Azure, wrote in a blog post published Monday that the addition of the two sites brings the total data center regions to six as the company works to cover capacity across the East Coast, West Coast and central U.S.
