Michael Rauseo, Lance Orr Take on VP Roles Within Redhorse National Security Practice

Redhorse has expanded the leadership team within its national security practice with the appointment of Michael Rauseo as vice president of national security growth and Lance Orr as VP of national security operations.

Rauseo will manage the overall growth strategy of the practice and oversee the delivery of data-driven decision support and digital transformation services to the Department of Defense, Redhorse said.

He is a former U.S. Marine Corps reserve officer who joined Redhorse in 2013 as a senior consultant and was appointed technical director in 2020.

Orr, formerly director of operations within the national security practice at Redhorse, will focus on enhancing the business arm’s customer success, operations efficiency and organic project growth strategies.

His nine-year career at Redhorse includes time as program manager of defense and intelligence.
