The long-time Raytheon executive, who has been with the company for over 27 years, held various positions of increasing responsibility. He was elevated to VP of contracts after serving as the executive director of contracts for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a former business segment of Raytheon Technologies, which would eventually be known as RTX. He joined the company in 1997 as the senior director of contracts.
According to his profile on the International Alumni Association, Pasquarello served as the director of contracts for international & strategic pursuits at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, another former business unit within the former Raytheon company. In this role, he oversaw the company’s multi-billion-dollar strategic international expansion. He also spearheaded the Poland Wisla Patriot medium-range air defense contract and offset agreement. It is Poland’s largest defense contract in history.
Pasquarello earned a master’s degree in management and a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Bentley University.
