Michael Gulino
Michael Gulino, formerly executive chairman and corporate strategist at FCI Enterprises, has been named president and CEO of the Chantilly, Va.-based government technology and financial services contractor.
Gulino will be responsible for the companys operations and focus on growth efforts and business development initiatives, FCI said Thursday.
He joined FCI in July 2017 after time as president and CEO of private security services contractor Aegis that GardaWorldacquired in 2015.
Gulino is a 25-year government contracting industry veteran who also held senior leadership roles at ITT Defense, which now operates as part of Harris (NYSE: HRS), VT Griffin Services and PAEs government services business.
John Bronson, who transitioned to the board chairman role upon Gulinos appointment, said Gulino has collaborated with the board of directors and leadership team to help build up the companys business development processes and achieve strategic goals since his move to FCI.
