Mo Hessabi, former senior vice president for growth at MetroStar, has been named chief operating officer of the Reston, Virginia-based digital services and management consulting company.
He oversees the firm’s growth operations that include capture, proposal and business development functions, according to his official bio on MetroStar’s website.
Hessabi joined the company in 2007 and led business development and workplace and client relations initiatives prior to his SVP appointment in February 2020.
Founded in 1999, MetroStar describes itself as a mission accelerator with a specialization in emerging technology such as applied intelligence, cloud, DevSecOps and enterprise information technology.
The company offers its services to the civilian, defense, health. law enforcement and intelligence sectors.
