Metis Solutions has finalized its acquisition of Alexandria, Va.-based intelligence services contractor Pluribus International for an undisclosed sum in an effort to expand its offerings to the intelligence community and other national security customers.
Pluribus increases the range of highly specialized services that METIS offers to our clients. They help expand our existing counter-threat finance and intelligence support services by adding deep domain expertise in new markets, Christopher Wynes, president and CEO of Metis, said in a statement published Friday.
Established in 2004, Pluribus provides counterintelligence, critical infrastructure protection, all-source analysis and other mission-focused support services to the IC, Department of Defense and other national security clients.
Arlington, Va.-based Metis Solutions is a venture capital-backed government services contractor with over 400 employees delivering intelligence and security operations, program management and tactical training and education support to IC, defense and homeland security agencies.
