TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 18, 2017 ” A new McKinsey Global Institute study estimates that almost half of today’s jobs could be automated by 2055 based on several factors that affect the pace of automation technology development, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The study stated developments in robotics, artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies; technological costs and capabilities; supply-demand dynamics; labor competition; as well as social and regulatory acceptance could work to drive automation of both physical and cognitive tasks, the company said Thursday.
