TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 30, 2017 Maximus (NYSE: MMS) will work with Interactions to deliver a virtual assistant technology offering for the federal market that will work to engage with people who access government services, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The Maximus Intelligent Assistant powered by Interactions’ Adaptive Understanding artificial intelligence platform is designed to provide self-service customer care and help agencies transform citizen experience during transactions with government agencies, Maximus said Tuesday.
“With fewer resources and increasing expectations from citizens, federal agencies are challenged with improving the citizen journey, while demonstrating value for their funding,” said Tom Romeo, president and general manager of Maximus federal business and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017.
