Maureen Waterston, former chief human resources officer at Pratt & Whitney, has been appointed to the same position at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS).
She will manage HR functions, including diversity and inclusion, and implement a human capital strategy for the approximately 43,000 Leidos employees worldwide, the company said Tuesday.
At Pratt & Whitney, her areas of responsibility covered employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits and diversity and inclusion.
Waterston previously worked at United Technologies Corp. before the company merged with Raytheon in 2020, including as head of HR for the building and industrial systems division and vice president of HR for Asia within the climate, controls ad security division in China.
