Matt Warren Promoted to Steampunk CEO; John Harllee to Serve as COO

Matt Warren, former chief operating officer of emerging markets at Steampunk, has been named CEO of the McLean, Va.-based information technology services contractor.

He brings more than 24 years of sales experience in the federal technology market to his new position and will be responsible for building, overseeing and growing the company, Steampunk said Tuesday.

Warren previously served held the COO role at SE Solutions before it rebranded as Steampunk in July 2019.

He previously held leadership positions at Accenture’s (NYSE: ACN) federal services arm, Agilex Technologies and Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).

Steampunk added that John Harllee, a 24-year government market veteran, will serve as COO and oversee implementation of operational controls, people systems and administrative and reporting processes.

Harllee also worked in leadership posts at Accenture Federal Services, Agilex and Oracle.
