Matt McElroy has joined B&A as the information technology company’s chief financial officer.
McElroy brings more than 10 years of strategic leadership experience to his new role spearheading B&A’s financial activities, the McLean, Virginia-based company announced Tuesday.
Jonathan Evans, president and CEO of B&A, praised the breadth of the incoming executive’s financial knowledge.
“His expertise in corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, along with mergers and acquisitions in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sector, makes him a valuable leader for our financial operations as we continue to drive B&A’s growth,” Evans said.
Before joining B&A, McElroy spent two years as CFO of KnightSwan Acquisition Corporation. During McElroy’s tenure there, he oversaw all financial reporting, internal controls, forecasting and cash management efforts.
McElroy said he looks forward to taking on his new role as B&A’s CFO.
“I am excited to join B&A and contribute to its mission of delivering innovative IT solutions and services to federal clients,” McElroy stated. “I am also grateful to join this talented team during such a dynamic period of the company’s evolution, and I look forward to helping shape its financial future.”
