Marion Ticknor, a government services industry veteran with more than two decades of human resources experience, has been appointed chief people officer of Bethesda, Maryland-based digital technology services provider DMI.
Her appointment takes effect Jan. 3 and she will be responsible for ensuring DMI’s organizational culture can adapt to evolving workforce needs, the company said Wednesday.
Prior to KeyW, she worked at Novetta as senior vice president of employee care and development. Her career also includes positions at TechPer, ManTech (Nasdaq: MANT) and OnSite Technologies.
