Marilyn Crouther, a 30-year GovCon and technology industry leader and a four-time Wash100 awardee, has joined the board of directors of ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI).
Sudhakar Kesavan, executive chairman of ICF and a two-time Wash100 award recipient, said in a statement published Tuesday Crouther brings to the board her experience in building up tech businesses, delivering innovative platforms and forming partnerships.
“Her impressive track record of leading large, complex IT projects for public sector clients complements our focus on high-growth, high-profile areas including IT modernization and digital transformation,” Kesavan added.
Crouther held senior leadership roles at DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE). She currently sits on the boards of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum and the Center for Innovative Technology.
