She will directly report to ManTech President and CEO Matt Tait and oversee operational and strategic initiatives to help the Intelligence Community carry out its critical missions, the company said Monday.
Tait, a 2024 Wash100 awardee, said Haines-Parmele has a track record of exceeding client expectations and is dedicated to meeting IC’s mission needs through innovative technology platforms and highly talented professionals.
“As a ManTech leader, Barbara excels in client satisfaction, workforce management and financial performance that drive business growth,” the chief executive added.
Haines-Parmele previously served as VP of the national intelligence solutions division within ManTech’s intelligence sector. In 2006, she first joined the Herndon, Virginia-based defense technology contractor as a program manager.
The ManTech EVP sits on the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s board of directors.
