In a statement published Monday, Barbara Haines-Parmele, president of ManTech’s intelligence sector, said Greene and Schneider bring to the company “extraordinary insight and depth in accelerating mission support for the Intelligence Community.”
“Joseph is a proven leader in developing tools that advance Program Operations and Performance, and Gavin will build on that platform, empowering our high-performance teams to drive strong, continuous growth,” added Haines-Parmele.
Gavin Greene
The newly appointed business development lead most recently worked as part of the IC team at KBR and served on Omni Federal’s advisory board.
His over 24-year industry career included time developing business strategies and programs and overseeing key partnerships.
Green has a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and a master’s degree from American University.
Joseph Schneider
Schneider joins ManTech from Leidos, where he held senior executive management positions for three decades.
He most recently served as VP and division manager at Leidos. In this capacity, he led the delivery of mission information technologies to IC customers.
The program operations VP held systems and network engineering roles at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
The Vanderbilt University mechanical engineering graduate also holds a master’s degree in business management from Maryland University.
