TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 31, 2021 — ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) has promoted Julie Anna Barker to chief human resources officer, a post she has been holding on an interim basis since December 2020, ExecutiveBiz reported March 24.
Barker served as vice president of HR sector operations and is now responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company.
Kevin Phillips, chairman, CEO and president of ManTech and a 2021 Wash100 Award recipient, said Barker’s inclusive collaborative management style and adaptability, as well as employee support and engagement capabilities, qualify her to the CHRO role.
