In early August, the Herndon, Virginia-based government technology services contractor agreed to buy Definitive Logic in a push to expand its tech service offerings and partnerships with government customers.
“The acquisition of Definitive Logic builds upon ManTech’s consultative services in Bringing Digital to the Mission in support of our customers,” Matt Tait, president and CEO of ManTech, said in a statement published Tuesday.
“ManTech and Definitive Logic share a passion for people and innovation that helps our customers transform and advance missions,” added Tait, a 2023 Wash100 awardee.
Definitive Logic provides strategic advisory capabilities in business transformation and tech platforms and support for defense, federal civilian and homeland security agencies.
