The deal adds more than 75 aircraft integration, modification, maintenance, repair and overhaul professionals to MAG’s workforce, the company said Monday.
MAG works with federal customers to help them operate manned and unmanned aircraft platforms built for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
Titusville, Fla.-based NASS is a veteran-owned company that offers “quick reaction capability” integration support for rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft, as well as systems engineering, manufacturing, certification, training, logistics and test services.
NASS holds a Part 145 Repair Station Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration.
