Melissa Logsdon, former chief people officer at IronNet Cybersecurity , has been appointed chief human resources officer at MAG Aerospace.
The company said Wednesday that it is banking on Logsdon’s more than 20-year experience in HR to drive recruitment and talent development of its employees.
She held an eight-year tenure at IronNet and was previously vice president of HR at Thermopylae Sciences and Technology .
Earlier in her career, Longsdon was HR manager at Object Sciences Corp. for three years before its acquisition by SAIC Inc. After the purchase, she became HR business partner and associate vice president.
Logsdon holds a bachelor’s degree in science from James Madison University and a master’s degree in human resources management and services from Virginia Tech.
Under the contract modification, Oracle will continue supporting EHR deployment, training and sustainment through 2031.
