Madelyne D’Angelo, former managing director of human capital consulting firm Helios HR, has joined InquisIT as vice president of human resources at the Chantilly, Virginia-based information technology contractor.
InquisIT said Thursday D’Angelo will oversee the company’s organizational strategy and people management in her new role.
“Madelyne’s creative approach, keen business acumen and dynamic leadership style made her the ideal person to fill this role,” said InquisIT President Mike McDermott.
McDermott added D’Angelo will help the company hire mission-driven personnel as part of the company’s expansion efforts.
She previously held the role of HR VP at CRGT prior to its merger with Salient Federal Solutions to form the company now known as Salient CRGT, as well as at L-3‘s (NYSE: LLL) STRATIS division and IXI.
The 17-year personnel management veteran also served as a practice leader at Helios HR and employee relations manager for the city government of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
