TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 26, 2016 Engility (NYSE: EGL) will provide training and advisory support to the U.S. Marine Corps under a two-year, $16 million task order from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The company said Friday it will help the service branch train Marines on newly fielded command-and-control systems software and equipment.
With this contract, we have the opportunity to help modernize the Marine Corps training program with a variety of live, virtual and simulation environments, said Engility CEO Lynn Dugle.
The Marines have come to rely on Engility to provide innovative training and technical expertise as well as program management and logistics support to their missions around the world.
