Lorne Graves, formerly chief technology officer at Abaco Systems, has taken on the same role at Frontgrade Technologies, a provider of analog and radiation-hardened technologies for aerospace and defense applications.
He has over two decades of experience in deploying and integrating mission processing, embedded computing and radio frequency platforms into electronic warfare, signals intelligence and radar programs for customers across the defense industry, Frontgrade said Thursday.
Mitch Stevison, president and CEO at Frontgrade, commented that Graves will be instrumental in advancing the company’s position in the integrated, high-reliability processing, power and propulsion sector.
Graves spent over a decade at Mercury Systems, where he was chief technologist, technical director and engineering manager.
Frontgrade develops antennas, motion control systems, power management tools and other electronic devices designed to meet mission-critical requirements of defense, intelligence, civilian and commercial customers.
