Lockheed Receives $114M Navy Contract Modification for Shipboard Electronic Warfare System Production

Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) rotary and missions systems business has secured a $113.6 million contract modification from the U.S. Navy for shipboard electronic warfare systems.

The award exercised an option for full rate production of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program, or SEWIP AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and AN/SLQ-32C(V)6 systems, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

Eighty percent of the purchase is for the Navy while the remaining 20 percent is for Japan under the Foreign Military Sales program.

Lockheed RMS will perform work in Liverpool, New York; and Lansdale, Pennsylvania, through October 2026.

The Navy will obligate the full contract modification amount from fiscal 2024 FMS, shipbuilding and conversion and other procurement funds at the time of award.

Naval Sea Systems Command serves as the contracting activity.
