TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 6, 2017 — Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) T-50A aircraft has reached a milestone with its 100th sortie in Greenville, South Carolina, as the company pursues the U.S. Air Force‘s Advanced Pilot Training contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The company said Wednesday the T-50A is undergoing continued flight operations in Greenville following the submission of flight test data in June and has an accompanying ground-based training system that will work to train future Air Force pilots.
