TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 4, 2018 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has rolled out the first C-130J Super Hercules military transport aircraft that will join France’s fleet of C-160 Transall and C-130H Hercules planes, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
France’s ministry of the armed forces said Dec. 22 the Super Hercules serves to expand the French air force’s tactical transport unit and is the first of four that the government ordered from the U.S., including two KC-130J aerial refueling variants for delivery in 2019.
