TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 15, 2017 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) will collaborate with Elbit Systems to build a maritime electronic warfare technology in pursuit of a British navy contract for EW modernization, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The companies’ U.K. business operations entered into the strategic teaming agreement for the Maritime Electronic Warfare Program that seeks to install updated EW systems on the country’s frigates, destroyers, amphibious assault ships and eventually submarines, Lockheed said Wednesday.
