Emil Dzuray, former government and public services specialist leader at Deloitte, has been appointed as vice president of civilian solutions at LMI, he announced in a LinkedIn post.
He previously worked at LMI as a research fellow, and then returned in 1996 in what would be a 12-year term serving management roles.
Dzuray started his career as a project engineer in the U.S. Army. He was part of the Army Environmental Hygiene Agency and Health Risk Assessment of the Kuwait Oil Fire.
At LMI, he was senior management consultant and later manager of the U.S. Army’s Lean Six Sigma Program Management Office as well as sustainability and climate initiative programs.
Dzuray spent 14 years of his professional life at the U.S. Postal Service, where he was initially manager of sustainability and then eventually senior director of strategic planning.
