Kristen Cheman, formerly director of data operations at LMI, has been promoted to vice president of digital and analytical solutions.
She will oversee a business that employs more than 500 professionals in the areas of data engineering, science and analysis, cybersecurity, enterprise resource planning and cloud and infrastructure engineering, the nonprofit consulting organization said Tuesday.
Cheman joined LMI more than one decade ago as a consultant focused on research and development support for the Defense Logistics Agency and managed the consultancy’s enterprise data management functions over the past three years in her director post.
“Throughout her career at LMI, Kristen has demonstrated a deep commitment to leadership and a forward-leaning approach to developing our digital capabilities, which is essential to our growth in the digital analytics space,” said Doug Wagoner, president and CEO at LMI and a 2021 Wash100 awardee.
