Lisa Schreiber, former vice president of North American customer services at Oracle (NYSE: ORCL), has joined Forcepoint as chief customer success officer.
She will oversee Forcepoints overall customer experience, global portfolio expansion and cybersecurity partnership efforts in the newly created position, the company said Monday.
The executive engaged 200 large enterprise customers during her tenure with Oracle. Her more than two-decade industry career also included positions at U.S. Trust Corp. and GoldenGate Software.
Forcepoint CEO Matthew Moynahan said the creation of the CCSO position reflects the company’s commitment to invest in customer experience.
“Our new behavioral-based cloud security platform for user, data and network protection will be wrapped with an end-to-end customer delivery and support model that will deliver a new path for customers seeking modern cybersecurity,” Monahan added.
