Each company will manufacture up to 150 electronic equipment cabinets for the military branch and provide logistics, test and program management services, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Naval Information Warfare Systems will use the branch’s fiscal 2021 other procurement funds on delivery orders that will be issued under BPAs.
Production work will take place at contractor facilities in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
DOD expects the awardees to complete services by January 2023.
