Lentech President Gregg Einfalt Takes Helm as CEO

Lentech announced that President Gregg Einfalt has assumed the role of CEO following the planned departure of Paul Dillahay

The IT services provider said Wednesday Einfalt will continue to lead Lentech’s growth initiatives and work with the board to assess candidates for the company’s permanent CEO role.

Paul Dillahay to Lead Lentech’s Strategic Advisory Board

Dillahay, a five-time Wash100 Award winner who took on the CEO role in January, will resume his position as head of Lentech’s strategic advisory board. 

“We wish Paul much success in his new venture as a key executive under the new DigitalNet.ai organization,” Einfalt said. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Paul as the lead for our Strategic Advisory Board, as well as facilitating our developing partnership with DigitalNet.ai by implementing unique Agentic AI tools for federal and commercial customers and developing innovative use cases using their proprietary platforms.”

Dillahay previously served as president and CEO of Empower AI. The technology executive also held executive leadership roles at several GovCon firms, including CACI, ASRC Federal, Lockheed Martin and General Electric.

Who Is Gregg Einfalt?

In addition to his role as president, Einfalt is also a senior partner at Lentech. In this capacity, he provides strategic focus and leads implementation to broaden the company’s capabilities with existing customers and expand into new markets.

Before Lentech, he spent nearly two decades at ASRC Federal, where he served as president responsible for multiple subsidiaries within the federal services company’s engineering and aerospace solutions group.
