Lentech, a small disadvantaged business that offers information technology and space systems engineering support to government customers, has purchased the assets of fellow IT company Eclipse Engineering.
Eclipse will become a division of Lentech and the combined organization will have software, cloud, cyber service offerings for federal civilian, defense and intelligence communities, Lentech said Thursday.
Like Lentech, the acquired business has provided support to the Department of Defense and other intelligence agencies.
Eclipse’s services range from system and database administration to software engineering, network security, and Splunk architecture.
