Lentech, a small disadvantaged business that offers information technology and space systems engineering support to government customers, has purchased the assets of fellow IT company Eclipse Engineering.
Eclipse will become a division of Lentech and the combined organization will have software, cloud, cyber service offerings for federal civilian, defense and intelligence communities, Lentech said Thursday.
