The collaboration platform provider said Monday Dow will oversee Mattermost’s global marketing strategy, drive growth efforts, expand brand presence and advance the development of public-private partnerships and public policy to facilitate the delivery of mission information technology platforms to customers.
Ian Tien, CEO and co-founder of Mattermost, welcomed the addition of Dow to the executive team.
“Her comprehensive understanding of our target industries and her innovative approach to marketing make her an invaluable addition as we continue to scale our business. Leigh’s leadership will be instrumental in guiding our marketing strategy,” stated Tien.
Dow brings to the CMO role over 20 years of strategy and executive leadership experience at defense, government and critical infrastructure companies, including Intel (Nasdaq: INTC), Honeywell (Nasdaq: HON) and Identiv (Nasdaq: INVE).
She is a member of the ASIS International Women in Security Steering Committee.
