A Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) subsidiary will deliver commercial health services to U.S. military reservists under a potential five-year, $999 million contract with Army Contracting Command.
QTC Medical Services will provide in-clinic and group event medical, information technology infrastructure, customer service, security and laboratory support services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program III contract, Leidos said Thursday.
QTC will work with the Defense Health Agency to provide such services for the Department of Defense’s reserve components to help service members meet pre- and post-deployment health requirements.
The RHRP-3 contract has a one-year base term and four option years. Work will occur at medical contractor and reserve component facilities in the U.S.
Liz Porter, president of Leidos’ health group, said the contract builds on the company’s health delivery platforms and provides an opportunity to expand health care offerings for the country’s military reservists.
