TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 7, 2017 ” Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) will lead a team that includes Ensco to develop and demonstrate a backup positioning, navigation and timing system that uses very-low-frequency signals for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
Ensco said Tuesday it will support Leidos on phases two and three of DARPA’s Spatial, Temporal and Orientation Information in Contested Environments program that seeks to provide PNT capabilities beyond the global positioning system.
