TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 14, 2018 Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has named Robert Kovarik, a former partner at Ernst & Young and a veteran of accounting firm Arthur Andersen, to its board of directors, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Kovarik, who is currently chairman of the investment and finance committee of the CareFirst board of trustees, brings over 40 years of risk management and auditing experience for major corporations, Leidos CEO and Chairman Roger Krone, a 2018 Wash 100 recipient, said in a statement published June 7.
