TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 19, 2016 Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has added Gregory Dahlberg, Surya Mohapatra and Susan Stalnecker to its board of directors as the company closes its $5 billion merger with Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) information systems and global solutions segment, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.
The appointments bring Leidos’ board to a total of 12 members, the company said Tuesday.
