He brings more than two decades of experience in corporate compliance and governance and will help inform Sig Sauer’s business objectives, the Newington, New Hampshire-headquartered ammunition manufacturer said Friday.

Grayer most recently served as VP, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Creative Associates International, overseeing legal affairs and corporate compliance functions.
During his eight-year stint at DynCorp, Grayer held various positions across the company’s business segments, including SVP, general counsel and corporate secretary of the aerospace operations and international services units.
